SaTuRDay Nite FeVER
Before I began to type tonite's entry, I did google trying to find definite meaning for the term 'Saturday Night". And the result? Macam-macam ada. But nothing that refers specifically to clubbing and hanging out at SoldOut until wee hours.
My point is, if i have one lah, I don't understand why people make such a big deal when I stay home on saturday night. I mean I only discover about Saturday Night when I was 17!!! I was an A-Level student in MSM Cheras and it was then I was 'was forced tanpa kerelaan' *wink* to climb the big gate and tried the new culture of Face 2. But being village people, and proud of it, I only tried it twice (First time for introduction and second time for evaluation indeed). And I only join the 'Saturday Night' group again after I started working. But only few times, only when NRG was playing kat Uncle Chillis.
AND that was when I was single!!! NOW saturday night, I LIKE! I like hanging out with himself at home, watching tv. full stop. Nothing else but tv and wrestling with Velvet and Chloe.
As you can see in this picture, V.Nistelrooy was bz paying for his chili padi to our new clubmate! A very 'religious act' compared to our normal saturday night routine. Me? Oh, I cant do the selection and paying act because all my fingers were occupied. One with apam balik plastic, another holding my murtabak ayam, two fingers occupied with keropok lekor plastic (hey its a big plastic ok). Another hand, holding tight to my handbag. (an order from himself).
We surrender pasar malam once all our fingers are numb. But we didnt stop there. Remind you, it was a long night. TO celebrate the victory of our Saturday Night venture, we stopped at Restoran Jaya and enjoyed my Lau Wan K.teow and himself with his 2 set of tauhu bakar.
Saturday Night, a success? INDEED...
